Typical Characteristics

Application Guidelines

1. Wet garments to 40–70% water pick-up.

2. Use a holeless tumbler or block tumbler holes with plastic/paper boards.

3. Add 5–20% o.w.f of the acid-wash/discolorizing powder. Can be used alone or with sand/salt.

4. Tumble at room temperature for 10–20 minutes.

5. Unload garments, then rinse and neutralize, followed by a final rinse.

Note: Powder works efficiently at room temperature without additional heat, making it a low-energy, eco-efficient solution for denim finishing.
