Product Description
The function of Kleenzyme 12.0T it to catalyze the hydrolysis of proteins, which has been exploited for the production of high-value protein hydrolysates from different sources of proteins such as casein, whey, soy protein and fish meat.
It’s used in detergent formulations to help remove such stains as perspiration, blood, feces, grass and various food proteinaceous dirt, such as meat. Soup, milk stains, etc. Kleenzyme 12.0T is able to work in low temperature and more alkaline conditions.
