Product Description
Proteases are one of the most important industrial enzymes produced by wide range of microorganisms such as bacteria, yeasts, molds, and are also found in plants. Bacterial proteases are mostly extracellular, easily produced in larger amounts, thermostable and active at wider pH range. These properties make the bacterial proteases most suitable for wider industrial application. Alkaline proteases from the bacterial origin are the most important industrial enzymes, which contribute about 60% of the total world enzyme market.
Kleenzyme is an alkaline protease, is the most widely used enzyme preparation in the detergent industry. Protease hydrolyzes proteins into peptide chains and amino acids that are easily dissolved or dispersed in detergent solutions.
It can effectively remove sweat stain, blood stains, food protein dirt, cream stain and etc, the detergent contains protease will make fabric get perfect effect after washing.

Features and Benefits
Alkaline Protease is prepared by submerged fermentation of Bacillus Subtilis followed by purification and formulation. It’s an alkaline serine endo-peptidase.
MECHANISM
Protease is capable of degrading protein into soluble peptides and finally amino acids. These small molecular products get solubilized into liquid phase, and in this way the proteinaceous stains are removed.
