Kleenzyme Man 20000 is a naturally occurring Mannanase enzyme that breaks down polysaccharides made from mannose, which is a simple sugar. In many plants, mannanes in seeds are carbohydrate reserves

The ability of mannanase to hydrolyse insoluble mannan into a smaller polymer of mannose (oligosaccharide) makes them water soluble that flushes off stain at the time of fabric washing or rinsing. This makes mannanase valuable in laundry or dishwashing detergents.

Kleenzyme Man 20000 works by targeting the guar and locust bean gums which often remain on fabrics after staining by processed foods, ice cream, chocolate and sauces, as well as certain personal care products. After initial washing, these residues can subsequently attract other stains if not effectively removed in a first wash. The enzyme works by breaking down Mannans into sugars which are dissolved into the washing liquor.
