Product Description


KDNzyme GA 200 Alpha Amylase enzyme for alcohol which obtained by deep fermentation from Bacillus Subtilis which can change the internal structure of starch, which will decrease the starch viscosity, thereby it can be widely used in manufacture of starch sugar, alcohol, brewery, textile, papermaking, feed industry and so on.


Before enzymes can attack the starch, it must be gelatinised. This is usually done by pressure-cooking. Now-a-days, the old no pressure cooking method has been gaining in popularity, especially in smaller distilleries. Instead of temperatures around 150℃, the maximum temperature ranges from 60℃ to 95℃. This results in energy savings and also capital savings since pressure vessels are not required. Whatever the processing technique, alpha amylases are used to break down the gelatinised starch to shorter molecules (dextrins).

Features and Benefits


1. In brewing of beer and alcohol, add the enzyme in the rate of 6.0L/t raw material (base on 2000u/ml), keep at 80 -90℃ for 30 minutes.

2. In the starch sugar, monosodium glutamate and the liquefaction of fermentation industry:
Starch slurry is 16-18be, adjust Ph to 6.2-6.4, add 0.2% calcium chloride (calculate on weight of raw material),dosage of alpha amylase as 6.0-8.0/L/T raw material (base on 2000u/ml), blend well and heat to85-90℃for 30 minutes.

3. In textile desizing, add the enzyme in the rate of 0.2%(owf) base on 2000u/ml, keep at 50 -80℃ for 30 minutes.

4. In feed industry, the recommended dosage is 0.02-0.04kg/t raw material. For the best performance, can blended with pectinase, β-glucanase and xylanase, cellulose etc.

5. In juice processing, the recommend dosage is 0.02-0.1L/t original juice slurry(base on 2000u/ml) with temperature 45℃ for 60-120 minutes.

6. Others: Average dosage is generally 2-4L/t dry basis, Ca2+ concentration 150 ppm.
