High quality and cheap catalase enzyme powder textile chemical
Product Description
Catazyme 600L is a key enzyme which uses hydrogen peroxide, a nonradical ROS, as its substrate. This enzyme is responsible for neutralization through decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, thereby maintaining an optimum level of the molecule in the cell which is also essential for cellular signaling processes.
The bleaching of textile fabric or yarn, with hydrogen peroxide is most common today. Post bleaching, the residual hydrogen peroxide is left in bath and needs to be completely removed prior to dyeing process in a step called “Bleach Clean Up”.
Incomplete hydrogen peroxide removal can result in poor dyeing with distinct change of colour shade and intensity, as well as patchy, inconsistent dye distribution. This makes a fairly new fabric look old and worn. Therefore, it becomes necessary to remove the residual hydrogen peroxide by means of bleach clean-up process with the aid of Catazyme 600L.
