Process

 

1. Vegetable Oil Refining (Core Application)

Ideal for physical refining of crude and degummed oils (such as soybean oil and rapeseed oil), it efficiently removes phospholipids (gums) to reduce phosphorus content to below 10 mg/kg—far exceeding the efficiency of traditional hydration degumming. The recommended application time (reaction time) for the degumming process is 3 hours under the optimal conditions (temperature 45-55℃, pH 6.5-7.0), which shortens the overall degumming cycle significantly, requiring only treatment tanks and a separator for easy implementation. This 3-hour application time is optimized based on enzymatic activity tests, ensuring both high degumming efficiency and product quality.

2. Other Industrial Applications

Widely used in the synthesis of 1,3-diacylglycerol (DAG)—a functional lipid with anti-obesity properties—achieving an esterification rate of up to 81.12% under optimized conditions. It can also be recycled for up to 6 times, maintaining 86.88% of its initial activity, further reducing production costs. Additionally, its dual hydrolytic capacity makes it suitable for other lipid processing scenarios related to phospholipid and triglyceride hydrolysis.
